Youth ages 8 and up attend the farm campus for schooling with our academic partner, Acellus Academy, or bring their own curriculum. Each day includes a combination of horsemanship, art, and nature programs. Flexible scheduling available! Youth participate in a structured daily schedule with wiggle room for learning. We learn about life on the farm, horsemanship, plant friends, games, weekly craft projects, and more. Activities are designed to foster critical thinking, socioemotional development, confidence, and teamwork. Full day program runs from 8am-3pm. Earlybird dropoff and late pickup available for additional fees.


Farm School Half Day Program MWF Time Varies

Youth ages 8 and up attend farm school for enrichment opportunities or academic support. Students may participate in horsemanship, art, and/or nature programs, depending on the time and day attended. Time blocks available are 8am-12pm for academic support and one elective or 12pm-3pm for nature, art, and small group enrichment activities.

Horsemanship Classes

Learn about horse behavior, care, grooming, and basic riding skills! We teach "horsemanship style" with an emphasis on safety and self awareness covering various topics, including horse caretaking, handling, and knowledge. There is riding of course but it is not our sole focus. We are always happy to work with any experience level and have fun!
All programs are taught through the social emotional lens and emphasize development in that area. Courses are taught by a team of instructors with skills including groundwork, riding English and Western, games, confidence building, and an understanding of trauma informed care and socioemotional development.

Summer Day Camp

$270.00
Priced per three day weekly session. Sessions recur weekly on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for a total of six sessions Summer 2024! Youth participate in a structured daily schedule with wiggle room for learning. We learn about life on the farm, horsemanship, plant friends, games, weekly craft projects, and more. Activities are designed to foster critical thinking, socioemotional development, confidence, and teamwork.


Full Day program runs from 9am-3pm in the summer available to ages 8 and up. We are offering Sprouts Half Day Camps 9am-12:30pm for ages 5 and up for a rate of $180/weekly session. Sprouts program may include a variety of activities ranging from horsemanship, arts and crafts, story time, outdoor play, and social emotional learning. 


Earlybird drop-off from 8am and late pickup available through 5pm for additional fee is available. Please contact us with any questions!

Afternoon Adventures

$20.00

Youth ages 5 and up join us on the farm any weekday afternoon from 3-5pm for guided outdoor activities, games, art projects, and more. Perfect mid-afternoon after school activities for kids needing to stretch their legs and minds! Fluvanna residents may ride the bus to our location after school. Please contact us before attending. All participants will need signed waivers on file.

Basic Farm Sitting

Farm sitting provided within a 15 mile radius of our address at a flat rate per day depending on the livestock, chores, and feedings required. Typical farm sitting services provided may include feeding and watering of livestock, mucking/cleaning of common area, blanketing, light grooming, and medication administration.


We can provide care for a variety of outdoor farm animals including horses, goats, and chickens or other poultry. Need care for a different kind of animal? Chances are we can do it! Please contact us to discuss your specific needs. Additional services, such as stall mucking, exercising, and others can be negotiated as well.

Dog Walking

Dog walking provided within a 15 mile radius of our address at a flat rate for a single or multiple dogs. Walks can range in intensity and duration based on your pet's unique needs, but generally begin with brisk 25 minute on-leash walks.Our skilled dog walkers can walk your dogs of any age, on or off leash, in groups of up to four dogs simultaneously.
