Horsemanship Classes

Build confidence, connection, and real-world riding skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. Our horsemanship classes go beyond riding to help students develop:
  • balance and body awareness
  • clear communication with their horse
  • problem-solving and independence
  • confidence both in and out of the saddle
Each lesson blends mounted and groundwork with mindful practices, simple routines, and engaging activities that meet riders where they are. Whether just getting started or continuing their journey, our goal is to create a space where students feel safe, capable, and excited to learn.

Homegrown Horsemanship Challenge Series

A fun, meaningful way for equestrians to build skills, track their progress, and stay engaged between lessons. This guided 8-week workbook series supports riders in developing:
  • confidence and consistency
  • connection with their horse
  • real-life horsemanship skills
  • independence and self-motivation
Complete simple, thoughtful activities one session at a time—at home or in lessons—and return the workbook each season for recognition, awards, and prizes.

Farm & Enrichment Programs

Opportunities to learn, explore, and connect beyond traditional horseback riding lessons.
Throughout the seasons, we may offer a variety of hands-on programs that bring together horses, nature, and creative learning. Past offerings have included:
  • homeschool co-ops and art-based learning
  • family horsemanship clinics
  • seasonal camps and day programs
These experiences are designed to support:
  • curiosity and creativity
  • connection to animals and the land
  • social-emotional growth
  • meaningful time together as a community
While these programs are not currently running year-round, they return seasonally based on interest and availability.
