July 2022 Newsletter

Hello hello to our fabulous farm families! We are nearing the end of our summer programs on the farm campus. It has been an incredible season! We are so thankful that you have chosen to share your kids with us this year for camps and programs. Please remember to continue to pack lunch and hats/sunglasses, sunscreen/bug spray, and possibly even a change of clothes for your student’s day on the farm.

Upcoming Planned CLOSURE! Summer programs end this year on July 29th and following that we will be closed August 1st through 14th. This closure includes all programs and classes except Equine Assisted Therapy. After school Horsemanship Classes may resume earlier on August 8th. Be on the lookout for more updates regarding our 2022-23 program calendar!

Student of the Month! This month we would like to recognize one of our amazing Horsemanship students, Miss Harper! This kind young lady has worked hard over the last year to improve her relationship skills with her friends and favorite ponies. Harper can bring a smile to anyone’s face with her magical stories about unicorns and rainbows. Thanks for being such a sweetheart, Harper, we love our time with you on the farm!

Our First Annual Student Showcase is July 29th! Announcing our first Annual Student Showcase for all of our students and their families to attend. We will recognize our students with an awards ceremony, showcase student art and hippology projects, and host our own in-house horse show! The event will begin at 9am with a pizza party lunch to be provided by the farm. We can’t wait to see our farm families there!

Entry fees apply for this event! Entry into the event is a suggested donation of $7/person to help us cover the cost of lunch. Horse show participant cost is $60/current student and $120/past student and these fees will help us pay our guest judges. The horse show will scored by a panel of three judges. Our coaches will select up to six classes for each participant to show off their skills. We are so excited to kick off this new tradition of allowing students to show off their hard work! RSVP to the Student Showcase by clicking the button below:

Enter Our T-Shirt Design Contest! As we gear up for our first annual Student Showcase, we are introducing a t-shirt design contest for our students to participate in. The prompt is: Create a design inspired by kindness. We are so excited to see what our learners come up with! Designs will be voted on in person at our Student Showcase on July 29th. The winning design will be digitized and added to our t-shirt store! RSVP to the Student Showcase and upload your design using the following google form: RSVP & Enter Contest
